ASKprene TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizate) is a dynamic blend of thermoplastic polypropylene and fully crosslinked EPDM rubber, engineered to offer rubber-like elasticity with the processability of plastics. Unlike traditional elastomers, TPV does not require curing during processing, making it ideal for high volume, recyclable, and cost-efficient production. ASKprene TPV is formulated to perform in extreme environments, offering superior heat resistance, long-term weatherability, and excellent mechanical strength—perfect for automotive, construction, consumer goods, and industrial sealing applications.
